The organizers have reported that several renowned Korean companies are participating in the upcoming “Showcase Korea 2023” event in Dhaka, even without any physical presence in Bangladesh. The fair, which begins today at the International Convention City Bashundhara, aims to promote bilateral trade and investment and commemorate 50 years of diplomatic relations between South Korea and Bangladesh.
Over 40 companies from South Korea, including LG, Samsung, Youngone Corporation, and Hyundai, will showcase their latest products and technologies at the event. Local importers and distributors of Korean goods will also have their own booths and pavilions, further boosting trade between the two nations.
