The highly-anticipated Honor 90 5G is set to make its debut in the Indian market on September 14, 2021. The display is said to offer up to 1600 nits of peak brightness, a pixel density of 435ppi, and 3840Hz PWM (pulse-width modulation) dimming. Camera: One of the most talked-about features is its 200-megapixel triple rear camera setup. The smartphone will also feature a 50-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats. Performance: The device is expected to run on Android 13-based MagicOS 7.1. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC, paired with up to 16GB of RAM. The phone will offer a maximum of 512GB onboard storage. Battery: The Honor 90 5G is expected to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery, with support for 66W wired fast charging.

Honor 90 5G Price in India (Expected)

The smartphone was launched in China with a starting price of CNY 2,499 (approximately Rs. 29,000) for the base 12GB + 256GB variant. The 16GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB variants are priced at CNY 2,799 (approximately Rs. 32,680) and CNY 2,999 (approximately Rs. 35,017), respectively. The India pricing is expected to be in line with the Chinese pricing, and it could be around Rs. 35,000. The Honor 90 5G is shaping up to be a strong contender in the mid-range smartphone market with its impressive features and competitive pricing. The device is expected to make a significant impact, especially considering that Honor withdrew its operations from India in 2020 and is making a comeback under the leadership of Madhav Sheth, former Realme Vice President for Business and Corporate Strategy.
