SSC result 2020 – Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Equivalent Examination results will be published this May. The Education Boards are taking all the preparations to publish the result. The result will be published online. Students will get their result setting at home. Bangladesh Education Board Coordination sub-committee president and chairman of Dhaka education board Professor Md. Ziaul Haque confirmed this information to Jugantor.
Due to the long vacation of the educational institution in Corona’s situation, it was not possible to publish the results within a defined time (60 days after examination).
This year SSC Result and Equivalent Examinations started on 3rd February. The theoretical test ends on 27 February. The practical test started on February 29 and ended on March 5. This year the total number of candidates was 20 lakh, 47 thousand 779 students. The total number of candidates in SSC is 14 lakh, 22 thousand 168 students. 14 lakh 16 thousand 721 students have participated in the examination.
On April 21, the Secretary of the Ministry of Secondary and Higher Education Md. Mahbub Hossain held a virtual meeting with the Board of Education chairmen. On that day it was decided that the results would be released between 31 May 2020.
