Since half of the franchise was transferred to the JSW group, there are many new players on this team. Many new players were traded from Sunrisers Hyberabad: Axar Patel, who also became their most expensive Indian, Sherfane Rutherford as a hard-hitter and Kerala as an all-rounder.
