SSC Result – Amid the outbreak of corona, the education boards are preparing to release the result of SSC and Equivalent examinations by the end of May. For this purpose, all the examiners of this country have been asked to send the answer sheets to the board office in alternative ways. This year the results are being considered on the website of education board and students mobile phones because of the challenging situation. The source said the decision has been taken at a video conference between the chairman of the education board on Tuesday.
According to the source, on Tuesday’s virtual meeting the instruction has been given to all the education boards of the country to expedite the preparation of SSC and Equivalent results. The Ministry of Education has directed to release the result by May. Secretary of the Department of Secondary and Higher Education Md. Mahbub Hossain was present at today’s special virtual meeting. The meeting was circulated by Dhaka Education Board Chairman Prof Muhammad Ziaul Haque.
In this rare situation of this country the largest public examination SSC and Equivalent exam result have not followed the previous rules but this time the result is being considered to be published through website and SMS(short message) of the education board. For this purpose, education institutions have been instructed to collect student’s mobile numbers.
It has been asked to make all kinds of preparations by the end of May, especially between 20th to 25th May. At that meeting, Dhaka board chairman Prof Muhammad Ziaul Haque instructs to finish the SSC and Equivalent exam result publishing process fast. He told this to a Naya Diganto’s reporter that as the public transport was stopped we couldn’t collect the answer sheet or numbers from the examiners. If the situation is normal, we will publish the result within 15 days. He also said board involving result publishing process has been done 70%.
He said that although the result of the exam may be delayed, so we proposed to reduce the time of admission in class XI in one month instead of one and a half months. In the corona situation, it has been proposed to reduce some of the losses of the month-long closure of educational institutions.
