DBBL Service will suspend for four Days for their System Upgrade

DBBL Service will suspend for four Days for their System Upgrade! No Banking Service will available for 25 Million Dutch Bangla Bank users from 15th March 2019 to 18th March 2019. The Service will start again on 19th March 2019 on Tuesday. DBBL All Branches, ATMs, Fast Track, Agent Banking, and all other Service will be suspended from 12:01 am Friday to 6 am next Tuesday.

The DBBL Authority has sent an Apology SMS to all of its Customers. They have also published the News on the Daily Prothom Alo and some other Daily Newspaper. The Customer can also ask the news from DBBL Helpline number 16216.

Most of the DBBL customers confirmed that they are very unsatisfied for this reason. Most of the people informed that Customers are notified four to five months before such incidents in any country in the world, but they (Dutch-Bangla) sent notice only two to three days ago,” another customer said.

The officials (DBBL) said they think the time for the suspension has been wisely chosen as it covers two weekly holidays and a general holiday.

As per Talking with DBBL Call Center (16216) at 03:05 PM, 14/03/2019, the Agent informed that Rocket will be opened. The Rocket users can make their Transaction from Agent point.  We have also asked them about the NexusPay service information. They informed us that NexusPay will also work if there is a Rocket Account added.
